kullanicininRaporu dönmeden önce programOzellikleriGetir ile 24 id tek
sorguda okunur, programlar[id].varyant yazılır; eski kayıtlar da kazanır,
app.db'ye yazılmaz. Rapor listesi tür çipinin yanında SATIR_CIP ile gösterir.
