Docker & Gitea CI ekle

- Multi-stage Dockerfile (node:20-alpine, pnpm, standalone)
- docker-compose.yml (SQLite volume dahil)
- .dockerignore
- Gitea CI: lint + build + Docker imaj push
- next.config.ts: output standalone eklendi
